VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURES – READ CAREFULLY

Most visitors to Vietnam need a visa to enter the country. There are several ways to apply for visa to Vietnam, please refer to the following option

Option 1: Apply for a Visa from your country.

If you need a visa, you will be able to obtain a tourist visa at the closest Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate. Alternatively, you may wish to contact a local travel agent in your region for visa assistance. We recommend that you obtain your visa prior to arrival to Vietnam.
Fee: Pay directly to your closest Embassy or Consulate. The costs of Visas differ in each region.

Option 2: Visa Assistance

In the case that you are unable to apply for a Visa from your country of origin, we are able to assist you in the Visa application process.  In this situation, you must send us a copy of your passport pages that include your personal details and photo to the following email. The process will take approximately 5 working days, after which, we will alert you by email with your "Visa approval" which will allow you to board your flight and to obtain an entry visa on arrival to your port of entry to Vietnam. When you receive this "Visa approval", please remember to print it out, and take it with you together with two recent passport sized photos and present them at the custom office at the port of entry in order to get your visa stamped.
Please note this option should be used as a last resort and you are strongly encouraged to obtain a Visa prior to arrival to Vietnam.
