Summer Camp “Water The Mind” 2012 |

Vietnam Federation of UNESCO Associations in coordination with Brighter Vietnam Programme and UNESCO Centre for International Education to organize Water Education Summer Camp 2012 in title “Water the Mind”. This summer camp will be held from 23rd to 29th July 2012 in Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province (80km far from Hanoi, Vietnam).
Summer Camp “Water the Mind” will bring to secondary school children with basic concept and skills for water use and conservation. It is interesting that all topics of water education will be organized in various exciting activities which will be attractive and impressive to the children.
Participants of the Summer Camp “Water the Mind” are more than 200 school children and volunteers who come from different areas in Vietnam and other countries. Vietnamese and international volunteers will support to the children during all activities within this camp and offer volunteering activities at local community in Phu Tho Province. They will have a chance to learn more about the history of Vietnam right on the place where the primitive dynasties of Vietnam were created and the first kingdom of Vietnam was built here in Phu Tho Province.
Hopefully Summer Camp “Water the Mind” will be memorable to all participants and successfully contributes to environment education for children and enhance solidarity among participants coming from different cultures.
