One  delegate from each member shall be  facilitated  with full accommodation and meals from 18^th to 22^nd of August 2011 (4 nights, 5 days). If one observer from the same member-federation   can share the same  room with delegate, he or she will be free of charge regarding  payment of the room, however he or she should pay additional fee for breakfast, 20$/day for 5 star hotel; 15$/day for 4 star hotel; 10$/day for 3 star hotel. If he or she will choose to stay in a separate room then he or she will pay for the room but will be provided with meals, conference fees excursion and transportation in Hanoi.

All delegates and participants who come earlier than the 18^th of August or leave later than the 22^nd of August they should pay for any extra days in Vietnam.

Members of WFUCA’s Executive Board will be facilitated with accommodation and meals for 1 more day if they arrive on 17^th of August to attend the last session of WFUCA’s Executive Board on 18^th August 2011.

Additional Observers: The hosting Federation does not limit the number of additional observers. However the list of additional observers should be endorsed by the national coordinating body such as National Commission or the President of National Federation. The list of the observers should be sent by the 31^st of May 2011 with the enrolling registration form.

The additional observers should pay on their own for accommodation, meals, conference fee and local transportation as follows: Accommodation: 3 star hotel 65$/day each, 4 star hotel 90$/day each, 5 star hotel 175-200$/day each;

Meals & Conference fee: 25-30$/day each;

Packages of  gala dinner, theatre, conference fee, transport within Hanoi and excursion to Halong Bay for additional observers 60$ each.

Guests

Representatives from UNESCO shall be invited by the host Federation and shall be provided with full accommodations and transportation within Vietnam for the working days of the Congress.
