Protocol

Welcome dinner hosted by the Host Federation.

The Government Leader will attend the Opening Ceremony to welcome the participants of WFUCA’s Congress.

Gala dinner hosted in title of the Government to congratulate the success of WFUCA’s Congress.

Activities and excursion

A cultural programme would be organized in The National Convention Center in honour of the 8th Congress of WFUCA.

An exhibition would be organized in surrounding lobbies of The National Convention Center in honour of WFUCA’s Congress.

The participants will be arranged to watch Water Puppet performances as a special traditional art of Vietnam.

The participants will be arranged to visit The National Historical Museum.

One day excursion to Quang Ninh province (150km from Hanoi) will be arranged for international participants to visit Ha Long Bay as the World Natural Heritage Site.
